Live MySQL pt_store usage so you can see when file blobs are filling storage and decide what to reset. After a customer downloads reports (Completed), files stay available for 7 days, then auto-purge removes files only — order history remains in admin/portal.

Database Reset
Destructive actions that clear specific data from MySQL. Each reset only affects the listed dataset — wallets, subscriptions, coupons, and other records are left untouched unless noted. Order resets also delete related uploaded client files and agent reports.
Expire Completed Order Files
Runs the same 7-day file purge as auto-cron: removes uploaded files and plagiarism/AI reports for Completed orders older than 7 days. Order details stay in admin/portal. Today / recent completed orders are never touched.
Reset by Calendar Days
Pick one or more days. Only orders created on those dates (and their files) are deleted — other days stay untouched.
All Notifications Reset
Clears admin & agent portal notifications. User-area notifications are preserved.
All Users Reset
Deletes every client user account. Admin login is unaffected.
All Agents Reset
Deletes every agent account. No agents will remain.
All Payments Reset
Clears all payment records shown in the Payments page (admin & agent).
All Helpdesk Reset
Removes all helpdesk tickets so the Helpdesk page is empty.
All Orders Reset
Clears every order — All Orders and New Orders will be empty. Also removes uploaded files and reports.
